About Me
Hi, I'm Cheryl
and I empower women through Healing Spaces and 1:1 Performance Coaching.
If you've felt the weight of anxiety or depression, you can understand the desire to break free from feeling STUCK and the negative thoughts affecting your environment. Despite my successful achievements in my career, as a new mom, something felt off.
My journey started when I hit rock bottom, needed to make big changes and be open to taking time to explore the life that I’ve always wanted, to envision the successful woman that I wanted to be in the future, to understand the environment that helped energize me (not about the design trends on TV) and to also find my true passion of helping others.
I'm happy to share that I've let go of my old self and embraced the new me with JOY. It takes effort and time, but I've seen huge results, and my generalized anxiety has significantly decreased. I now have coping tools and let go of perfection and overcoming imposter syndrome.
